As a luxury wedding planner with over a decade of experience, Reagan Prechter has produced extraordinary weddings and events across the U.S. and Italy. She founded Reagan Events in 2012 to serve clients seeking full service wedding planning with a balance of creativity, discretion, and flawless execution.
Reagan is recognized as a destination wedding planner, curating multi-day celebrations in Charleston, Charlottesville, Kiawah Island, Lake Como, and Tuscany. As both creative director and executive producer, she personally oversees each event’s vision and vendor team, ensuring every detail is aligned with her clients’ story.
Her approach is editorial, intuitive, and legacy-driven – transforming milestone moments into experiences that feel deeply personal, breathtakingly designed, and effortlessly orchestrated.

Known for her warmth, intuition, and attention to detail, Sarah Caroline plays an integral role in producing full service weddings that embody the Reagan Events philosophy of luxury event planning with soul. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Charleston’s historic charm, savoring the city’s culinary scene, and spending time by the coast.

Robert brings a thoughtful, disciplined approach to the digital side of Reagan Events. With a background in creative editing, virtual assistance, and brand development, he plays an essential role in the production of the Wine and Dine Me Podcast, overseeing episode editing, content creation, and preparation for publication.
