REAGAN PRECHTER
After years of experience managing luxury events nationwide, Reagan accepted her first client in 2012 and Reagan Events was born. Today, Reagan leads the firm as creative director and executive producer and is involved in the overall management of each event. She plays an integral role in the design origination and curates the vendor teams for each client.
Reagan believes no dream is too big or detail too small. She appreciates thoughtful design and impeccable service. Reagan’s greatest inspiration stems from the love she sees in others. She strives to create beautifully tailored memories worthy of the milestone being celebrated and is deeply fulfilled watching the joy of her clients as they live the experiences she has shaped for them. While event design is Reagan’s passion, her true loves are at home with her family.






OUR PROCESS
BUDGET DEVELOPMENT + MANAGEMENT
Develop a comprehensive budget based on discussed expectations, priorities, goals, and current market value. Maintain a live digital version of the budget with regular expense tracking, payment management, and oversight to stay on target. Coordinate and communicate to the client all vendor payments and contract requirements.
DECOR + CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Develop the overall design concept for the event. Advise and engage creative partners for the event based on design expectations and established budget (floral, drapery, lighting, rentals, production, etc). Manage vendor execution of each design concept. Coordinate every design element of the event, including all logistical and technical aspects of vendor execution (equipment, infrastructure, lighting, sound, staging, etc).
TENT DEVELOPMENT + INSTALLATION + COORDINATION
Determine tenting needs for the event. Advise and engage a tent provider based on the event’s specific needs and established budget. Map out the tent plan, event layout, table diagrams, and decor-related infrastructure, including but not limited to lighting, draping, carpentry, and ceiling installations. Create a foul weather plan and secure the appropriate associated tenting and decor. Develop and oversee a multi-day production schedule including the installation and breakdown of the event.
CATERING
Advise and engage the food and beverage providers for the event. Recommend menu, wine, and beverage selections for the event and for pre-event menu tastings, based on the established budget. Advise on the design and flavor profile of the cake and/or desserts. Provide ongoing liaison with food and beverage providers and oversight on the event day.
MUSIC + ENTERTAINMENT
Advise, negotiate, and engage the musicians/entertainment based on the event’s specific needs and established budget. Recommend music selections for each specific part of the event, including but not limited to Wedding Ceremonies, Cocktail Receptions, Dinners, Wedding Receptions, and After Parties. Provide ongoing liaison with the musicians/entertainment and oversight on the event day.
PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEOGRAPHY
Advise, negotiate, and engage the photographer and/or videographer based on the event’s specific needs and established budget. Recommend the specific photography/videography needs for the event as well as shot selections and timing. Provide ongoing liaison with the photographer/videographer and oversight on the event day.
PRINTED SUITE
Advise and engage the graphic designer based on the event’s specific needs and established budget. Consult on design, format, and wording of all event materials, including but not limited to Save the Dates, Invitations, Website, Program, Menus, Table Cards, Place Cards, and Signage.
EVENT TRANSPORTATION
Advise and engage a transportation company to handle guest transportation for the event. Recommend the appropriate vehicles and vehicle sizes needed for the event as well as the appropriate transportation itinerary based on pick up locations and schedule of events. Create a roster of pick up locations based on guest accommodation locations and develop a detailed transportation plan. Communicate transportation schedule to attendees of the event. Provide ongoing liaison with the transportation company and oversight of drivers on the event day
HAIR + MAKEUP
Advise and engage hair and makeup artists for the event based on the client’s specific needs and established budget. Communicate hair and makeup schedules from the artists to those receiving the services. Provide ongoing liaison with hair and make up artists and oversight on the event day.
WEDDING CEREMONY + CEREMONY REHEARSAL
Advise on the format of the wedding ceremony, outline of service, and musical selections. Recommend and engage the officiant for the wedding. Organize and direct the wedding ceremony and rehearsal.
ONSITE MANAGEMENT
Develop client and vendor timelines and itineraries detailing program logistics for the event day. Ensure that vendors are versed in venue access, production schedule, and delivery expectations. Review all final details of services to be provided by each vendor, including the review and approval of Banquet Event Orders supplied by the caterer. Provide guest count and final seating plan for the event to appropriate vendors. Coordinate necessary security details. Maintain close communication with the venue team regarding all guest and event related logistics.
